Hi I’m Sarah, join me as I share everything I’ve learned about cat pee while living with 9 cats—because honestly, my house used to smell so bad! I was embarrassed and felt like such a failure because I tried everything to get rid of the smell, but nothing ever worked. That pee smell was always there.
My home was my happy place, and I was determined to make it smell fresh and clean. If my cats and I were going to share our space and live together happily, some things needed to change. So, I started researching and reading everything I could to figure out why I couldn’t get rid of the smell and why was it happening in the first place. My cats had a litterbox and they were able to go outside to do their business. So why were they peeing in corners and behind the oven and washer.
Slowly but surely learnt what I was doing wrong and why my cleaning efforts were getting me nowhere. I figured out what cleaners I should be using (and no I didn’t need to spend a fortune) and how to get my cats to use their litterbox every time.
